4. Turn on the mask and select your method:
- METHOD 20' | 1 Color: Select a single LED color and use it for 20 minutes.
- 10'/10' METHOD | 2 Colors : Choose two LED colors and divide the session into two 10-minute parts.
5. Relax and enjoy . Its wireless, ergonomic design allows you to move freely. It will automatically turn off at the end of the session.
