HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN AFTER QUARANTINE

After months of being cooped up at home, we're slowly beginning to see the light and return to that long-awaited normality. During this exceptional period, our skin has suffered greatly, whether from a lack of vitamin D, excessive hygiene, direct and prolonged exposure to blue light, and/or stress.
